We are delighted to announce the upcoming Rileys 8-Ball Welsh Masters, which take place across the weekend of 25th and 26th August at Rileys Sports Bar, Cardiff, with peripheral fliers throughout time permitting and entertainment after Finals Day on the Sunday.
It will consist of the Rileys Ladies Welsh Masters, capped at 32 entries at £25 with an additional £200 put up by Rileys to offer a fantastic prize fund of £1,000 to be had!
There will also be a Rileys Open Welsh Masters capped at 64 entries at £50 a head along with a further £400 put up by ourselves, giving a total prize fund of £3,600 up for grabs.
Plenty of money to be won so don't forget to tell your mates!
On the Saturday, the ladies' event will run at Rileys Sports Bar on Wellington Street and the men's will take place at Rileys on City Road (only 2 miles apart) to allow both events to filter down to the Finals Day on Sunday, which will take place at Rileys Sports Bar on City Road.
Both events will be played to Blackball rules but are genuinely open in status and we welcome players from any rule set.
The format will be for each match: best of 3 sets with each set being a race to 5 frames.
