Designate General Manager- Midlands - c. £25k pa plus incentives
Rileys is a nationwide sports bar, which has over 115 clubs and employs over 1000 people. We are investing in our business with the best large screen sports entertainment, 3D television, pro-quality darts zones and high spec cue sports facilities. Our vision is to be unrivalled as a sports destination.
We are now looking for a talented Designate General Manager for our Midlands region. If you have management experience from the leisure and/or licensed trade we'd like to hear from you.
What do we require?
We are looking for a sports driven manager who will take ownership of the business within a multifaceted role with lots of challenges.
They will be in charge of driving sales within the club and developing the business through sports teams and local sales promotions. They will also be tasked with running events and sporting tournaments and creating atmosphere within our clubs.
We expect our managers to be able to communicate at all levels across the business and be able to motivate their team to deliver revenue and profit.
