Joining Rileys
Why do I have to become a member of Rileys?

Because we’re brilliant of course. But other than that, we are a member’s only club for good reasons. It allows us to maintain a safe environment for our members, and to also provide extended opening hours and services. Membership will allow you unlimited access to all our Sports Bars plus great deals & offers throughout the year

How do I become a member?

You can go online to www.rileys.co.uk and complete the new membership form. You  will be able to make an online booking immediately. Your membership card will be issued on your first visit.

I’ve lost my membership card. What do I do?

Your first port of call should be to visit your local Rileys, a member of the team will be able to issue you a new card. You will still be able to make a booking online by logging into your account using your email address and password.

NEW: You can now put your membership in your apple wallet. Ask a member of the Rileys Team for details.

I think I'm a Rileys member, but your website doesn't recognise my details.

You can either pop down to your local Rileys and ask a member of the team to check our membership database, or drop us as email to enquiries@rileys.co.uk and we will help you

Can I renew my membership online?

No. You will need to visit the club you are a member of to renew your membership.

Membership
Can I use my membership card in any Rileys?

Yes, your membership card will be accepted in any Rileys club.

Do I have to be a member to play at Rileys?

Yes, but its free to become a member and easy to do simply visit www.rileys.co.uk and complete the new membership form, or pop into the club and a member of the team will help you.

Do I need to bring ID to join Rileys?

Yes. If you are over 18, please bring one of the following:

  1. New photographic driving licence,
  2. A utility bill with your name and address on it.
  3. NUS card for students.
  4. Junior members will need to have a Guardian’s consent to join.
How do I get my membership card?

Membership cards are issued when you first visit your club or you can pop your membership card into your apple wallet. Ask a member of the team for details.

Can you send me a new membership card?

Sorry, we do not post out replacement membership cards. You’ll need to go to your club.

How much does it cost to Join Rileys?

Becoming a member of Rileys Sports Bars is completely free & you are automatically signed up to our loyalty scheme ‘Rileys Rewards’.

I changed address or some other personal detail, such as my email address; do I need to let you know?

It’s important that we can keep in touch with you. Just let the club know the next time you visit and they’ll update your details.

Bookings
Should I book in advance?

We would recommend booking in advance as this guarantees you a table at the time of your choice. However, it is possible to book at the time of arrival if tables are free. You can book online visit www.rileys.co.uk.

How many tables can I book at the same time?

As many as you like, and on any number of different days. We strictly enforce 4 people per table & up to 8 per oche.

I booked a specific table, but on arrival was moved to a different table. Why?

While we endeavour to provide the table you requested, our terms and conditions state that we reserve the right to move you to an alternative table at our discretion. We don’t do it to be awkward, but to make sure as many people as possible can have an opportunity to play.

I booked a table but now I can’t play on the requested date. Can I change the date and time of play?

Yes. You can change the time and date online, give us a call at the club, or pop in and we can change your booking for you. Please refer to our terms and conditions (paragraphs 2 and 17) for further details.

I was not able to play. Can I request a refund?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds in the event that you or any guests you invited were unable to attend on the date and time you booked. Please refer to our terms and conditions (paragraphs 2 and 17) for further details.

My bank details are being refused.

Rileys uses Sagepay to process payments. Any failure to process a payment is determined by Sagepay and therefore out of Rileys control. In the event of a failure to process a payment, please refer to the reasons provided by Sagepay, or contact your bank.

Age Restrictions
Are there any rules regarding age restrictions of juniors at Rileys?

Junior players are very welcome at Rileys but age restrictions vary considerably from club to club and according to licensing laws. Please contact your local Rileys as to their prevailing policy on children and under 18s.

Cost Of Play At Rileys
Does the cost of play include cue hire?

Yes, cue hire is included in the cost of play.

How much does it cost to play at Rileys?

This varies considerably depending on the venue, the day played and the time played. There are also various offers throughout the year. You can check our rack-rates on our online booking page.

Groups & Parties
Can I hire the club for an event?

Yes. Please contact the club directly and ask to speak to a member of staff. You can find contact details on our website.

Do you cater to Parties and Group events?

Yes. Our clubs put on great parties. You can visit our website for more information about the party packages we offer and make a party enquiry directly with the Rileys.

Miscellaneous
Do you have a dress code?

No, but we do reserve the right to refuse admittance at the managers discretion.
