Alex Higgins - In Memoriam

It is with deep sadness that we learn of the passing of Alex "Hurricane" Higgins, undoubtedly one of the finest players to ever grace the green baize.
Higgins was a player of real genius, thrilling crowds with his showmanship and helping to popularise the game in the 1980s.
Rileys Ambassador, Ronnie O'Sullivan was amongst the first of many stars of the game to offer his thoughts, saying "He is a true legend and should be remembered as the finest ever snooker player".
Rileys heartily agrees and we offer our condolences to his friends and family.
